My order shipped but I need to change the address.

If your order has already shipped, you may be able to update your address directly on the USPS website. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, your order will be canceled and refunded. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be notified if this occurs.


Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We’re happy to help update your shipping address if your order has not yet entered the packing process. Please email our Customer Care team at info@shopglossyglam.com with your order number and the updated shipping address as soon as possible.

Please note:

We cannot change addresses from domestic to international (or vice versa).

During high-volume periods like launches or promotions, address changes may be limited.


Can I change the billing address for my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to edit billing addresses once an order is placed. As long as your shipping address is correct, your order will still be delivered successfully.


Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?

We’re unable to modify orders once they’ve been submitted. All sales are final. We apologize for any inconvenience.


I received a package, but it wasn't my order.

We're so sorry for the mix-up. Please email info@shopglossyglam.com within 14 days of delivery and include the following:

Your order number

A photo of the stamped initial/number on the outside of the envelope or box

A photo of the packing slip with the stamped initial visible

A photo of the incorrect products received

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


I received the wrong item.

If your order is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number

A photo of the stamped initial/number on the outer packaging

A photo of the items you received

We’ll ship your correct order promptly. If the item you originally ordered is no longer in stock or discontinued, we will issue a full refund. Any incorrect items you receive are yours to keep.


I am missing item(s) in my order.

Please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a list of the missing items. Include photos of:

The items you did receive

The package your order arrived in

Our team will assist you as soon as possible.


I received broken item(s) in my order.

If your products arrived damaged, please reach out to info@shopglossyglam.com within 14 days of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos so our team can best assist you with a replacement or solution.


My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes tracking information is updated prematurely. We recommend checking with your neighbors and local post office. If your package still hasn’t arrived after a couple of days, contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update. Include your order number and tracking details so we can investigate further.


Why is my order marked as "unfulfilled"?

"Unfulfilled" simply means your order is still processing and hasn’t shipped yet. Once it ships, the status will update to "Fulfilled" or "Shipped," and you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.


My international order is stuck in the US.

International orders may take up to 21 business days to arrive. Customs delays or missing scans can occasionally occur. If you haven’t received your order after 21 business days, please contact us with your order number for further assistance. We’re unable to assist before that time has passed.


Will I be charged customs or delivery fees?

All international orders may be subject to customs and duty fees determined by the country of import. These charges are not included in your Glossy Glam order or shipping total. The recipient is responsible for any applicable duties or fees.

By placing an international order, you authorize Glossy Glam to import your product on your behalf and to delegate the import to a third party if necessary.


My order shipped. When will it arrive?

We ship all orders via USPS.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

International orders can take between 10–21 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs.


Return Policy

Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

If a refund is issued due to a shipping or delivery issue, it will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be transferred to a different payment method.


Can I return a gift that was purchased for me?

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on gifts or gifted items. We appreciate your understanding.
